Audits
Check a company’s records against each other. Pick a company, then choose an audit. Audits use the company’s saved applicant details and the marks in the company’s portfolio report.
Saved audits
Each finished audit is saved here with its results. Opening one shows the results as they were on the day it ran; it does not run again or use credits.
Company
Downloaded audit reports
After an audit runs you can download it as a Word file or a PDF. Each finished audit is also saved under Saved audits at the top of this page, so you can come back to it later.
Ownership Audit
Compares the company’s saved details with the owner of record on each pending application and registration in the company’s portfolio, and flags any difference in the entity name, entity type, state of incorporation, or address.

What this can and cannot show. The USPTO record this app pulls shows only the current owner of record of each mark. A difference means the records disagree: either the company’s details need correcting, or an assignment, name change, or entity change needs to be recorded with the USPTO.
Chain of Title Audit
Reads the recorded assignments, name changes, and security interests on each pending application and registration in the company’s portfolio, and checks that each mark passed from its original applicant to its current owner without a break. It flags an owner change with no recorded transfer, a gap between one owner and the next, a corrective assignment, and a security interest with no recorded release. It also compares the marks and the company’s application intakes with each other.

Recorded transfers and security interests
What this can and cannot show. This reads the assignment records the USPTO publishes for each mark. Recording an assignment with the USPTO is voluntary, so a transfer that was never recorded will not appear. “No recorded transfer found” means exactly that, and is not proof that the transfer did not happen. Documents recorded very recently may not be in the records yet. Confirm any finding against the recorded documents before relying on it.

Specimen Audit
Checks whether each good or service in a new intake, a pending application, or a registration up for renewal is actually shown on one of the company’s links. Where it is not, you will need to find another example. This reads the pages as text; it does not take screenshots.
Which goods and services to check
The AI is asked only about the text of the pages, and every quote it gives is checked against that text. Some sites (social networks, shops that need a sign-in or load with scripts) cannot be read; those are listed so you can check them yourself.
Full Audit
Runs the Ownership, Chain of Title, and Specimen audits together and gives one combined report. Each audit’s full results also appear on its own tab.
